I actually couldn’t believe that you could get these full days worth of supplements all planned out for you and organized. I have a scatter brain so I dont always remember to eat properly or stay hydrated. When I received my Essentials system I organised it how it is meant to be taken and I found that it really helps me! For example… I keep my Exhale and Flourish on my nightstand since they are supposed to be taken at nighttime.
