What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover).

Do you have a refund policy?

Because these are consumable supplements, we cannot offer returns or refunds on opened products. In some circumstances, we may offer a refund on unopened, untampered products that are still in the original packaging.  

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have the RA number, kindly return the product in its original packaging, untampered and in good condition. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund, minus taxes, restocking fee and initial shipping costs, if it’s eligible.  

Please note that it is your responsibility to ship the product(s) back to Revivele.

One of my items arrived damaged. What do I do?

Oh no! We are sorry that happened! Due to the fact that the products are packaged within a rigid box with foam insert, this is extremely unlikely to happen. However, if you received a damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team within 2 business days of receiving the damaged items. To ensure a prompt resolution, please include a photo of the damage in your email. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
